It is an NSI, and often insurance, requirement to have your system regularly checked and serviced. We have been awarded the NSI Gold Standard for maintenance and service of security systems.
24/7, 365, In-house Support
For our maintained customers we provide technical support 24/7. Should a fault occur, or you have a query our standard business line is available to help. We do not use premium rate telephone lines. All calls are answered promptly and logged. Depending on the nature of the call a member of our technical team will respond to you as per our service level agreements.

Annual Maintenance Agreement
Our contracts are quoted and renewed annually with a one off payment for a 12 month term. Advance notice is given yearly for their renewal. The contracts include:-

Response by an engineer in an emergency on a 24 hour basis, 365 days a year.

Pre-arranged routine maintenance visit by an engineer to test the system and clean camera lenses and monitors etc.

25% discount for parts and labour for any faulty components

Any faults detected during the routine visit will be brought to your attention before being rectified.

Why Renew?
Renewing your agreement ensures emergency assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year at 25% discounted parts and labour rates for any site visits.

Service to any system not covered by a maintenance contract will be carried out during office hours only (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm) and when convenient for our service department.
